Regarding the roof, there are several strengths and strong positive correlations between processes. For instance, customer service process (reception) and training process have a strong positive relationship which can be improved by providing more training courses to receptionists. Educating receptionists will result in better communication and accordingly better customer satisfaction.
One of the weaknesses found in the roof is the negative correlation between new car styling process and targeting cost process. If the company aims to produce attractive and stylish designs, the improvement can be made by not overly focusing on cost reduction, which leads to losing the beauty of the design by modifying it many times to reach the targeted cost. All in all, Toyota corporation is becoming an icon industry with regard to car manufacture even as innovation and customer specificity becomes mandatory for success in the industry.
